The QFF Experience
Exactly what happens when you book Quick Fix Force
Most uncertainty about maintenance isn't about whether the problem can be fixed — it's about not knowing what happens next, who's coming, what it will cost, and whether it will hold. Here is the whole sequence, before you commit to anything.
- Serving all of Dubai
- Price agreed before work
- Trade specialists, not generalists
The twelve stages of a Quick Fix Force job
Every job follows the same sequence, whether it's a single tap or a villa maintenance contract.
-
01
You contact us
Call or WhatsApp. You speak to someone who asks the right questions rather than logging a ticket — property type, symptoms, when it started, and whether photos are available.
-
02
We understand the problem
We establish what is likely happening before dispatching anyone, so the technician who attends is the right trade with the right parts on the vehicle.
-
03
We schedule the right team
You get a confirmed visit window and the trade attending. If your building needs a permit or lift booking, we handle that request as part of the scheduling.
-
04
Site inspection
The specialist inspects the system rather than only the symptom — including the parts you can't see, like roof voids, drain runs and distribution boards.
-
05
Diagnosis
We identify the actual cause and test to confirm it, so the recommendation is evidence-based instead of a best guess or a part swap.
-
06
Clear recommendation
You're told what needs doing now, what can wait, and what doesn't need doing at all — including when replacement is smarter than repair.
-
07
Quotation and your approval
Scope and price in writing before any work begins. If we find something extra mid-job, it's a decision you make, not a line added at the end.
-
08
Professional execution
Surfaces and furniture protected, work carried out by the relevant trade, and community working hours respected throughout.
-
09
Testing and quality checks
The repair is tested in front of you — a temperature split reading, a pressure test, a load test on a circuit. Evidence, not assurance.
-
10
Completion and handover
The area is cleaned, waste removed, and you're walked through what was done and anything to watch for.
-
11
Payment
Invoiced against the approved quotation, with the accepted payment methods confirmed at booking so there's no awkwardness on completion.
-
12
After-service support
You have a record of the work and a single point of contact if anything about that job needs revisiting. Warranty terms are stated in writing on your quotation.
What stays the same on every job
You always know who is coming
The trade attending and the visit window are confirmed before the day, not guessed at on the morning.
You always know the price first
Written scope and figure before work starts. Mid-job findings are decisions you make, not costs you discover.
You always see the result tested
A temperature reading, a pressure test, a load test — the proof happens in front of you.
You always get a record
What was found, what was done, what to watch. Useful for you, and essential if a landlord, tenant or insurer is involved.

Questions about working with us
Do I need to be at the property during the visit?
For the inspection and handover it helps, so findings can be explained and approval given quickly. Where you can't attend, we can coordinate with household staff, a tenant or a property manager and send the findings in writing.
How long does an inspection take?
Most residential inspections are completed within a single visit. Where a fault is intermittent, diagnosis may need a return visit, and we'll tell you that upfront rather than guessing on the spot.
What if I don't approve the quotation?
Then no work proceeds. You keep the findings, and you're free to get other quotes against a scope that's now clearly defined.
What happens if something isn't right after completion?
You contact us with the job reference and we return to look at it. Warranty terms for your specific job are stated in writing on the quotation.
