Do you charge for an inspection?
Where a job needs diagnosis, the inspection and its cost are confirmed with you at booking, and the findings and quotation are given in writing before any work starts.

Can you deal with my building's access requirements?
Yes. Many Dubai towers require a work permit, contractor pass and booked service lift. Give us the building name when you book and we prepare the access request.
Can a tenant book work directly?
Yes, and we can send findings in writing so a tenant can share them with the landlord or property manager for approval.
