Why Quick Fix Force

Why property owners in Dubai choose us

Not because we claim to be the best — that's easy to say and impossible to check. Because of how the work is organised: the right specialist, a real diagnosis, a price agreed before we start, a tested result, and a record you can hold us to.

  • Serving all of Dubai
  • Price agreed before work
  • Trade specialists, not generalists
Honest Answers

The six concerns we hear most — answered

These are the real reasons people hesitate before booking maintenance in Dubai. Here's how we handle each one.

"The price will change once they start."

Scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins. If an inspection reveals something additional, you're told what it is, what it costs and what happens if it's left — then you decide. Nothing is added to a final invoice without your approval.

"They'll replace parts that didn't need replacing."

We test to confirm a component has actually failed before replacing it. Many faults we attend turn out to be cleaning, drainage or a loose connection — and we'd rather bill for that than sell a part you didn't need.

"Nobody turns up when they say they will."

You get a confirmed visit window and the trade attending. Where a building requires a permit or lift booking, we arrange it beforehand — a large share of missed appointments in Dubai are access failures, not scheduling ones.

"The same problem keeps coming back."

Recurrence usually means the symptom was treated and the cause left alone — a drain mopped instead of flushed, a crack filled instead of prepared. Our inspection step exists specifically to find the cause, and the result is tested before we leave.

"One worker turns up for a job needing a specialist."

We dispatch by trade. If your job needs an AC technician and an electrician, you get both, coordinated — not one person attempting the second trade.

"I've no idea what was actually done."

Every job is documented: what was found, what was carried out, and anything to monitor. That record is what makes accountability real, and what landlords, tenants and property managers need when responsibility is shared.

Capability

What we can actually cover

A specialist team per trade

AC, plumbing, electrical, joinery, painting, appliances, pool and renovation are separate teams. You are not sent one person who does a bit of everything.

Residential and commercial

Villas, apartments, offices and retail. Commercial work can be scheduled outside business hours where the building permits it.

Dubai property knowledge

Tower permits, community NOCs, permitted working hours, district cooling systems, hard water and coastal corrosion — planned for in advance.

Portfolio capability

Multiple units scheduled and reported together, which is what property managers and landlords actually need from a maintenance provider.

Documented work

Findings and completed work recorded on every job, so owners, tenants, managers and insurers can rely on the same record.

Payment options confirmed upfront

Accepted payment methods are stated at booking rather than raised awkwardly on completion. Ask us for the current list.

How It Works

The process behind every job

Four steps, in the same order every time — so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

1

Tell us what's happening

Call or WhatsApp a short description — photos help. We confirm whether the job needs an inspection or can be booked straight away.

2

Inspection & diagnosis

A specialist attends, tests the system and identifies the actual cause rather than treating the symptom.

3

Clear scope & price before work

You receive the findings, the recommended fix, and the cost in writing. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.

4

Work completed & tested

The job is carried out, tested in front of you, and the area is left clean. You get a record of what was done.

Common Questions

The questions customers actually ask

What makes Quick Fix Force different from a cheaper handyman?

The process around the work: a specialist for the trade, an inspection before a recommendation, a written price before work begins, testing on completion, and a record of what was done. A lower hourly rate often costs more when the same fault returns.

Will you tell me if a repair isn't worth doing?

Yes. Where a part price approaches the value of the equipment, or an ageing unit has failed mechanically, we say so rather than selling a repair that won't last.

Do you provide a warranty on your work?

Warranty terms are stated in writing on your quotation. We don't publish a blanket guarantee period here because it varies by job type — ask us and you'll get it in writing before you approve the work.

Are you insured?

Insurance and licence details should be requested from us directly and we'll provide them in writing. We deliberately don't state unverified credentials on this website.

Can you handle several trades in one visit?

Often yes. Tell us everything you need at booking and we coordinate the trades so you aren't managing separate appointments.

Judge us on the first job

Start with something small. You'll see the inspection, the written scope and the testing before you ever commit to a contract.
