Quick Fix Force Android App Privacy Policy
Effective 7 October 2026. Applies to the Quick Fix Force Android app, package com.quickfixforce.app, and its QFF account sign-in and application services.
Quick Fix Force Technical Services LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for the information handled through this app. The app provides access to an existing QFF account. It does not create a new account. Features and access depend on the permissions QFF assigns to your account.
Information we handle
Account information includes your name, email address, telephone number, account identifiers and authorized roles. Property and service information can include service addresses, property details, appointment requests, job findings, quotations, approvals, service history, Annual Property Care contracts, warranty records, points, referrals, support cases, service updates and notes. Access to each record follows QFF's server permissions.
Payment reports, transaction references, issued service documents, receipts and purchase history support service administration and financial review. Authorized staff may submit expenses, receipt photographs, job evidence, completion records and earnings information. Free-text fields and uploaded images may contain personal or financial information. Card checkout is not currently configured in the app; it does not ask you to enter a card number or card security code.
Private property access instructions and codes are available only to accounts with the required permissions. We protect these records separately and restrict access and display. Do not place passwords, payment secrets or unrelated private information in service notes or evidence.
We also handle session and app-operation identifiers, the app version, platform and security events necessary to authenticate access, reconcile interrupted actions and maintain an audit trail. Network requests disclose connection metadata, including an IP address, request path, browser or app user agent and, where supplied, a referring page. QFF processes IP addresses for authentication/session security, fraud or abuse prevention, request/security logging and operational diagnostics. QFF does not use this information to personalize your physical location.
How we use information
We use this information to manage account access, provide requested property services, assign and complete work, review quotations and payments, administer contracts, warranties and benefits, answer support requests and maintain necessary business records. Session and audit information supports security, fraud prevention, permission enforcement, incident investigation and compliance. The app does not contain an advertising or behavioral analytics SDK.
An active account and its identifiers are required for authenticated use. A service address is needed for work at a property. Contact changes, referrals, optional notes and payment reports depend on the features you choose. Some staff workflows require evidence or a receipt before they can be completed.
Photos, device access and temporary storage
When you choose to provide a photograph, the app opens a camera application or Android's photo picker. It processes the selected image before uploading and removes EXIF location metadata. The app does not request GPS location, contacts, microphone access or access to your entire photo library. Job tracking presents reported status and estimated arrival information, rather than live GPS tracking.
On-device session credentials are encrypted using Android Keystore and excluded from Android backup. Service data is held in memory for display. Limited operation metadata can persist so that an interrupted action can be checked against the server before a retry; this does not queue a business submission automatically. Temporary camera files are cleared after use, cancellation or sign-out. Additional cleanup checks for files older than one hour, with a scheduled check approximately every twelve hours; Android can delay that check. This is not a guaranteed deletion deadline. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app removes its local data, but does not delete QFF's server records.
Service providers and transfers
The app communicates with QFF's server at quickfixforce.com using HTTPS. Google Cloud Platform (Google LLC) provides the production server infrastructure on which QFF operates its application and data storage. We have not established a separate hosting or backup retention deadline from the available configuration.
Optional Google sign-in opens the QFF login page in your browser. Google Identity Services handles that sign-in and supplies identity information used to match an existing QFF account. The login page also requests Google-hosted font resources, which disclose connection metadata to Google. Password sign-in remains available.
QFF's website uses ClickCease/CHEQ for site security and invalid-traffic protection. Its conditional website diagnostic path can process connection and error information. Review of the QFF mobile authentication flow found no path that copies your QFF password, access token or refresh token into those diagnostic requests. The app does not contain a ClickCease advertising SDK. Website integrations are distinct from the native app's service submissions.
If you choose a referral share or a support action, Android may open the sharing, telephone or email app you select. Those services receive the information you deliberately provide and apply their own privacy practices. We may disclose records when necessary to meet a legal obligation or address a dispute. There is no configured native push, analytics, crash-reporting or card-payment provider.
Security and logging
QFF API traffic is encrypted in transit. Account roles, record ownership and server permission checks limit access. QFF operational logs use timestamps, request identifiers, actor or account identifiers, actions and safe status codes. They are designed to exclude passwords, mobile access and refresh credentials, encryption keys, property access codes and private evidence contents. Host access logs record connection metadata and request paths. QFF does not put passwords or mobile access and refresh credentials in its HTTPS request URLs.
No security mechanism guarantees absolute protection. Contact QFF if you believe your account or information has been used improperly.
Retention
We retain account and profile information while needed for the account and service relationship, then delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed, subject to legitimate retention obligations. Jobs, service history and benefit records are retained where needed for operations, service or warranty obligations, disputes and contractual or legal requirements. Financial and tax records are retained as required by applicable UAE accounting, tax and legal obligations. Photographs, evidence and private instructions are retained while needed for service delivery, warranties, disputes or legitimate operational or legal requirements. Security and audit records are retained only as reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, incident handling and compliance.
The current system does not automatically purge all business, audit or private-file records. A mobile access credential normally expires after ten minutes, a mobile session after thirty days and a one-time sign-in code after two minutes. Expiry or revocation prevents use; it does not itself erase the corresponding database history.
The reviewed host configuration rotates access logs at approximately 10 MB and deletes rotated access-log files older than ten days. An active log file can remain longer until it rotates. The reviewed error-log configuration uses warning-level logging and 10 MB rotation; it does not establish a fixed error-log deletion deadline. Rate-limit records have bounded cleanup on later requests, rather than a guaranteed wall-clock deletion time. Backups can retain earlier records while needed for recovery; we do not promise an unverified backup erasure schedule.
Account and data deletion requests
Email Hello@quickfixforce.com to request account closure or deletion of your personal data. Identify your QFF account and the request, but do not email your password, payment secrets or property access codes. QFF support will confirm your identity and scope before acting.
For a verified request, QFF support can revoke sessions and account access, delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer required, and remove unnecessary private files. QFF retains only records genuinely required for service or warranty obligations, accounting, security, disputes or contractual, legal or regulatory obligations. Support will explain relevant retention limits. This is a verified manual process; it is not an automatic full purge of business records.
